Absolutely. We’re a family-owned company, and we value the safety of your family, too. Our services are designed with controlled placement of products away from people and pets. We target the “harborage” areas of pests and the outside of your home. We do recommend that you keep children and pets away from any visible liquid product until it is dry — but the only place you should see wet areas after treatment is outside your home. Any regularly scheduled service from Lavender Pest Control is guaranteed, like our General Household Service and Transferable Termite Warranties. If we need to come back between visits we will return at no additional charge. Your pest control specialist will cover you on all the program details and help you select the service that best fits your needs.
If you suspect bed bugs, call right away! Bed bugs are different than other pests in your home, and should be identified and treated as soon as possible. Lavender Pest Control has safe and effective treatments for bed bugs, and in most circumstances we can eliminate the problem without your having to replace expensive mattresses and furniture.
Spiders feed on insects. If you have a large population of spiders, you also have large numbers of other insects in your home. The best way to eliminate a spider problem is to take care of their food source – eliminate insects from your home.
Fleas are notoriously difficult to eliminate since they are resistant to different treatments at various life cycles. Flea bombs are minimally effective; they seem to work then the fleas “come back”. We provide a thorough treatment for fleas that targets all the stages and can eliminate your fleas for good. Flea treatment is included in our General Pest Control service and included in the Guaranteed scheduled service. We also can treat specific areas for fleas on request.
We use products with low or no odor. Most of our clients don’t notice any smell at all after treatment.
We will be happy to refer you to the appropriate local specialists to assist with bees and other flying insects. For our regular scheduled customers, we will let you know if we see an issue with these outdoor pests, and will knock down a nest if we see one during our regular inspections.
